We’ve been working with Chef Alejandro Paredes since the beginning in 2017.  His restaurant is the gold standard for authentic carnitas and has been nominated for the James Beard award, featured in Esquire magazine and was named one of the best new restaurants in 2018 by Eater magazine.

Starting with a  slightly rounded font that inspires a warmth and togetherness. We landed on something that was classic while still being modern. Dropping the J so the word Lonja can live on it’s own.
